3. Mandatory Verification & Registration

Once you have confirmed your payment method, we will send you an email containing three essential links to be processed before your arrival:

1. Secure payment link: For your chosen payment method.
2. Truvi verification & insurance link: Because this lodge is a cherished family property, all stays must be covered by Truvi’s guest verification and insurance services. This involves a one-time service fee of €35 (not included in the room rate). This mandatory step is for your peace of mind and ours.
3. Legal guest registration: To comply with Hungarian law, all guests are required to register their details via a self check-in link. This process is free of charge and takes only a few minutes to complete.
